How do I submit a technical support request? When can I expect a response? Who can I call?

Answer:

Renesas accepts technical support request in two ways. To submit a technical support request:
Response Time

Our goal is to respond within 2 business days excluding US holidays. There are times when further research is required and the resolution time may take longer. Remember, you can also reach out to your FAE or our authorized distributors for support.

Phone Submissions

At this time, we do not provide technical support over the telephone.
